Building Useful IOC Manifests

How to produce operationally useful indicators for SOC teams.

Include hashes, domains, IPs, process clues, and confidence scoring in one structure.

Label each IOC with context, observed time window, and detection objective.

Provide suppression notes where false-positive risk is known.
